Se encuentra rodeado de las principales calles y avenidas, cerca de restaurantes, comercios, bancos... La playa estáa escasos 7 minutos andando de la vivienda. Durante el verano se alquila por semanas completas para estancias. Preguntar por los gastos de limpieza, sabanas y toallas pues varía en función de la temporada y las personas.
