Living Room includes a sofabed. Emaar Beach access is only for Marassi North Beach. Fees are 4700 LE/week for 2 adults + 500 LE security clearance, and included in the stay price under community fees. For stays> 1 week, 4700 LE additional charge applies/extra week No mixed gender unmarried groups are allowed

Beach is less than a minute walking, resort has many food options that is delivered to your door ( such as sea food/chicken on grill/ supermarket). location of the resort is 40 mins from "Burj al Arab"airport, all night outings and "Marina" . Place has high speed internet wifi and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen ,2 rooms with 3 double beds +1 sofa bed, various lighting moods to create the right ambiance at all times while having a fully private feel.
