The cottage is a wonderful gem of typical island style. Belonged to generations of Favignanesi, is just 1 minute from the main square of the village. Perfect to experience the real life of the center. Terrace with sea view. It is a beautiful house, located in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza Matrice, with a terrace and wonderful view on the other island of the Egadi, Levanzo. Perfect for 2, 3 or 4 people. The house is a rare gem in Favignana, with its antique ceramics and a ceiling of tufa, limestone that was quarried long ago in the caves and made Favignana the muse of artists and poets of the world. There is a large living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bidet, and a space with laundry. A sofa bed will allow you to come along with two children or another couple. A lovely balcony overlooking the alley behind the Piazza Matrice. A marble staircase takes you on the terrace. There you will find, in addition to a barbeque, a breathtaking view: the sea and the island of Levanzo seem to be so near that you can touch them! And then the roofs of the houses... and the Palazzo Florio, the castle of Santa Caterina, the dome of the Chiesa Matrice! Living behind the central square in the city center, it will be an exciting experience. You will breathe the authentic life of Favignana, the village life, with typical tuna shops, parties of the square, walking through the alleys hidden. From there then you can easily move to any places of the sea with a bicycle. The nearest beach "Praia" is at 10 minute walk. The port is far 5 minutes, but you will be picked once landed and we will give you all the advice to discover the secrets of the island.... San Vito Lo Capo Rustico sul mare Monte Cofano

Casa in stile dentro la riserva naturale del Monte Cofano a circa 400 m dal mare con una splendida vista sulla baia di Macari ,contesto naturale esclusivo. La casa era un vecchio rifugio contadino ed è stata ristrutturata con estrema cura dei particolari in tufo e pietra balata. E’ un luogo per veri della natura, relax e privacy. All’esterno il giardino ha vista mare sull'intera baia ed è terrazzato con pietra balata antica e mosaici e una panca in pietra e ceramiche siciliane.

Attico con vista mare. La casa dista 100 metri dalla spiaggia piu' vicina ( momentaneamente è chiuso l'accesso) ma proseguendo il lungomare è possibile accedere ad altre 2 spiaggie , ai Lidi e alla fine del paese al porto quindi alla nostra spiaggia. Dalla terrazza tutti i lunedì si può ammirare l'antico mercato del pesce. A circa 100 metri si trova il centro storico, negozi, market e la piazza principale. consigliamo di noleggiare una macchina per visitare l'isola .

Benvenuto a Villa Pupa, una villetta luminosa e silenziosa ristrutturata da poco da me e mio marito, a soli 100 metri dall’acqua turchese di Cala Mazzo, raggiungibile tramite un sentiero privato. Qui sei sospeso tra mare, natura e il fascino del borgo di Scopello, che dista appena 900 metri, la villetta si trova al centro tra la Tonnara di Scopello e la riserva naturale dello Zingaro ed entrambe distano circa 500 metri.
