Conveniently located just off I89 and nearby many amenities, but also located in a nice neighborhood! Whether you come for work or leisure, the high speed internet is a plus! This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

Off a quiet dirt road set up in the mountains, The Nest Studio is a bright and cozy space. Great for couples, the studio has a queen bed with an additional small twin pull out sofa, best for a little one. The newly remodeled Moretown studio is close to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and several wedding venues. Coffee and tea is provided. The Nest has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and tiled shower. Secure bike storage and bike wash are present on the property
