Il a été récemment rénové, se situe au 3ème étage et dispose d'une terrasse donnant une vue imprenable sur mer, dans une résidence sécurisée 24h/24. Vous serez à 1min à pied d'une plage propre et inoccupée et à 10 min à pied de la plage du Golf Beach et du centre ville. L'appartement est entièrement équipée et peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. La résidence dispose de deux piscines, d'espaces de jeux et d'un parking privé gratuit.

Appartement cocooning climatisé avec jacuzzi privatif, idéal pour un séjour détente. Il comprend une chambre avec lit double, un salon avec canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, une salle de bain, une cuisine équipée et une machine à laver. La chambre et le salon disposent chacun d’une télévision, du wifi et de Netflix. Logement confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Quartier calme Oum Keltoum , proche de l'aéroport , à 10min de la plage. Pas de couple non mariés, merci.

Il y a deux salons et une chambre, vous pouvez utiliser les salons comme des lits supplémentaires si vous êtes nombreux. Vous êtes à 5 min de la plage en voiture, vous disposez également d'un parking gratuit 24h/24. Selon la loi marocaine, les couples marocains non mariés ne sont pas autorisés à réserver ce logement.

Situé sur le parcours de golf Royal à Cabo Negro, cet appartement comprend trois chambres, deux salles de bain, une cuisine, un salon et une terrasse. Vous bénéficiez d'un accès privé à la plage et à la piscine, et si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez également jouer au golf. Réservé aux familles respectueuses qui traiteront l'appartement comme s'il était le leur. Nous ne le louons généralement pas. Amusez-vous en famille dans cet hébergement élégant.
