Built in 1940, this historic home remains the oldest in our neighborhood. Enjoy waterfront views and relax in this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Water views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing in the yard, or on the hosts' private pier. Little Salt Guest House: steps from the water

Recently renovated guest house on a quiet, coastal street. Enjoy a relaxing five minute walk to the intracoastal waterway at the end of the street or take a quick drive to Trails End Park. A convenient and tranquil location about 15-20 minutes to Carolina Beach or Wrightsville Beach. The neighborhood has a private water access that is perfect for launching kayaks or SUPs . The house comes with an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. We are dog friendly but require a $70 pet fee per pet.

Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
