The home has a sunken living room with a wood burning fireplace, open layout , with skylights that allow for tons of natural sunlight. Sit outside on the deck, enjoy a bonfire and relax with the beautiful sounds of nature. This home is great for intimate retreats and gatherings with family and friends. Modern Secluded Retreat

Escape to the center of 11+ acres of woods, water, and dark starry skies—under 2 hours from NYC. Walls of windows pull the outside in, with a stream, pond, and constant wildlife just beyond. Warm up by the fireplace, unwind in the open living space, and sleep deep in a king bed. A large jetted bathtub, bonus half bath, and a flexible bonus room with pool table and ping pong table on heated floors round it out. Peaceful, private, and made for slowing down.

Upper Delaware River cottage

1930's cottage with spectacular views. Fully stocked and situated on a stretch of Upper Delaware river rapids near Narrowsburg, NY. Heat/AC system, fireplace, solo stove, barbecue and porch. There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.

The Emerald Mountain Chalet, is an enchanting newly renovated chalet on the top of a mountain with phenomenal views overlooking the Delaware River.
