The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. Le studio de 30m2 est équipé d'une grande cuisine aménagée , d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, la climatisation , un ventilateur au plafond, la télévision , le wifi et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres ainsi qu'à la porte d' entrée. le lit est de 1.80 x 2.00 m pour un couple et peut devenir deux lits de 0.90 x 2.00 m si vous voulez dormir séparément. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
