This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Apartamento muy luminoso y confortable, totalmente reformado con un estilo actual. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades: -lavadora, microondas, batidora, tostador, cafetera, plancha, etc. El alojamiento consta de 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y armarios empotrados, salón comedor, baño completo, cocina y terraza. Todo en planta baja, no hay que subir escaleras. Entrada individual y salida al jardín desde la terraza. Esta temporada vamos a prestar especial atención al aspecto, a la limpieza en el apartamento y a la seguridad sanitaria frente al coronavirus. Los apartamentos están en primera linea de playa, a la salida del apartamento dispone de un porche con mesas y sillas, a continuación tiene el jardín con una puerta que da directamente al paseo marítimo, no necesita vehículo para disfrutar de la playa. Es una zona muy tranquila, familiar para disfrutar y relajar. No permitimos ningún tipo de fiesta en los apartamentos ya que la zona de jardín es compartida con otras familias. totalmente equipados excepto sabanas y toallas. No aceptamos mascotas
