【この部屋に込めた想い】 はじめまして、ホストのKeiです。 この部屋を作るとき、いちばん考えたのは「日本に来てくださった方に、 日本の文化へ少しでも触れてもらえる部屋にしたい」ということでした。 畳の上に自分でお布団を敷いて眠ること。 ローテーブルを囲んで、座布団でくつろぐこと。 日本人には当たり前の暮らしだからこそ、旅の中で体験してほしい時間です。 少しでも心地よく過ごしていただけるよう、キッチンの壁紙やシンクのパネル、 玄関まわりの床は、ひとつずつ自分たちの手で張り替えました。 玄関の床は、道後温泉が近いこの土地にちなんで、 昔ながらの銭湯の脱衣所をイメージした柄を選んでいます。 小さなお子さま連れの旅では、いちばん頑張っているのはお母さんだったりします。 だから特に女性の方がほっとひと息つける部屋を目指して、 アメニティも少しずつ充実させているところです。 道後温泉の日本的な雰囲気を、心に残したまま休める部屋。 ホテルとはひと味違う「暮らすような滞在」を楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。
