Walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping, relax by the gas fire pit on the shaded patio, stream your favorite shows, and sink into the luxury bed for a good night’s sleep.

Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

Hayward Cottage

Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. Beautiful quiet neighborhood in Southeast Eugene, near the University of Oregon. The side entrance leads through a shared space to a separate secure two bedroom suite on a lower level. The two bedrooms both have large windows providing great natural light. A recently remodeled bathroom and a hallway kitchenette finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
