The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Ο ξενώνας κατοικηθηκε για πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο του 2024.
