Our cozy studio apartment offers home-like comfort surrounded by nature. Pet-friendly and family-friendly amenities provide everything you need for a relaxing self-contained stay. Newly Remodeled!! Private Farm House nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Country scenes with a touch of modern on the inside. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Wifi and MORE! This house is the perfect quiet get away for serenity and rest. It is located near the Blue Ridge Parkway, the New River, and Stone Mountain State Park. Play golf at Olde Beau, Cedar Brooke, or New River Country Club. Come and sit on the porch or 2 decks to enjoy the peaceful farm life.

The Whip-poor-will's Roost (pets welcome!)

Nestled among the trees at the top of the ridge of Bell Mountain is our lovely cabin, aptly named The Whip-poor-will's Roost. These bird's distinctive calls can be heard in the early evening hours, a complimentary soundbite to the fresh mountain air. About 20 mi. from the Blue Ridge parkway, and looking out over + surrounded by Stone Mountain State Park and the Doughton Recreational area, this log cabin offers a peaceful getaway with ample access to the outdoors (including our own 18 acres).

Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

Cottage is situated overlooking gentle pastures and long range mountain views. A perfect front porch setting for those North Carolina Mountain sunsets offering a peaceful relaxing experience. The surrounding wildlife, forested area, hiking trails, and bold streams make this an adventurous getaway for the whole family. The Blue Ridge Parkway and New River are minutes away for fishing, biking and river fun. Boone, Jefferson, Appalachian State University are less then 12 miles near.

A quiet haven in the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains, Sadie's Place borders the Blue Ridge Parkway, just steps from the Mountain-to-Sea Trail, kayaking and fishing. Nearby you can find great wineries, shops and restaurants in West Jefferson. Our guests love the cozy atmosphere and well-equipped kitchen. We have great outdoor space with a fire pit, covered porch, hammock and beautiful stream. Sunset views! Great for a group, family or couple. Many enjoy family celebrations here.

Our Happy Little Hut

Come and stay in our unique quonset hut just 15 minutes to Boone! This is a half circle metal building turned into a unique tiny home cabin experience. This 400 sq ft space has everything you need including a bedroom, bathroom and upstairs kids loft. The main area has colorful wood details and an accent wall with 100 year old barn wood right from our own farm. The water is straight from a natural spring up our mountain. This space is ideal for couples, and two kids.

Blueberry Hill Cottage: town and country

Private, cozy and quiet cottage in the trees yet only about a mile from the heart of town. Stainless steel appliances and tv with streaming services. Easy hop to Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking and biking, wineries, Boone. About a mile to downtown. Watch wildlife from the private rear deck or walk the 2.6 acres of grounds, part landscaped, part garden, and part natural. Adjacent to greenspace/parkland. Dogs allowed! (limit 2) Pet fee charged per stay.
