The Bluebonnet 2 Bedroom Family House

This super clean two bedroom suite is spacious and quiet. Open the door to a Texas sized welcoming living room that is furnished with leather furniture. The suite is part of a bigger house that is completely isolated with private entrances. The house is nestled in the large pecan trees with a full sized swing set. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental.
