Condizionatore d'aria sia per freddo che per caldo. Colazione con prodotti confezionati. La cucina comprende macchina del caffè, frigo, forno elettrico e a microonde. Sono comprese stoviglie. I posti letto sono massimo 5 e sono tutti nello stesso ambiente.
