This ranch style house is newly remodeled featuring 3 BR, fully furnished kitchen&2 full bath(the entire house except the basement & garage) Enjoy the wooden scenery on the NEW covered back porch with outdoor seating, gas grill and fire pit to enjoy making s’mores. This house is located in the country outside of Pomeroy, OH. 5 min drive to Fur Peace Ranch, 10 min., to downtown Pomeroy and 20 min to Athens. NO PETS (owner allergy)

The cabin is located on over 300 acres with hiking trails, a large pond, creeks, and rocky outcroppings to explore. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.
