About an Hour to Jackson, Charleston, Huntington, and Athens. The property is not handicap accessible. The property is designed for two adults but a full-size air mattress is available for kids.

You can also take a hike around the property or gather around by the fire pit. This is the perfect place to keep your worries away. Come stay with us and see for yourself.

Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Ohio River and surrounding hills, from riverfront property. The 1 bedroom cabin sleeps four and is the perfect place to rejuvenate or be the base in between all the activities in the area. Forked Run State Park is across the road and the Ohio river access ramp is 1/4 mi away. The park offers a lake for kayaking, fishing, and a nice sandy beach for swimming. An 18 hole disc golf course is available, along with many hiking trails, and archery targets.

On the main floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, living room with DVD player and retro game system, dining space, full bathroom & 2 bedrooms each with a queen & twin size bed. Downstairs in the basement you will find another living room, master bedroom with en suite bath, and gym. It can be the perfect space for families, friends groups, hunters and more!

Featuring stunning views of the Ohio River and Main Street from a spacious balcony. Located in a great central location just a short walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, churches and more. (Suite 1 of 2 apartments located up a two-story walk up in historical building. Not handicap accessible.)

Take it easy at this calm and cozy hideaway. Our guest house is under the same roof as our main property but has completely separate/private entrances from ours. We are sitting on 6 acres with a pond at the top of the hill. Sitting on the porch or patio, you will find views of wildlife and livestock. This is the place to be for a break from the busy life. Designated parking under carport, Wifi, pet friendly, and access to pond.

Add to that a deep inground pool, massive wrap around porch, and elegant modern touches including an indoor wood stove, you'll be able to enjoy the country air, woodlands, and unplug. Perfect retreat for small to medium gatherings with three acres to explore, and nearby attractions like Athens and Shade Winery. Pool is open May - September.
