The ruins of Leuchtenburg above the Kalterer See lake shine at night in competition with the moon and invite you to dream.

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2022 neu erbaut und befindet sich eingebettet in Apfelplantagen und Weinreben im schönen Girlan. Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen, St. Michael/ Eppan, Kaltern an der Weinstraße sowie der Landeshauptstadt Bozen. Das Apartment ist somit idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike- Touren und Ausflüge.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.
