A lovely private space to relax and enjoy. This is the downstairs area of my home and is only used by guests. The living room is spacious, has a lovely sunny outlook in the morning, and has a picturesque view over Merewether to the ocean. The bedroom has a lovely comfortable queen bed with quality linen. The house is 5 min(15min walk) from Merewether beach, ocean baths and known walking trails. Note: 2026 there is a building development close by and you may experience some noise disturbance.

Across from beaches, playground, cafes/restaurants and in short walking distance to Merewether baths, pubs, skatepark, tennis and wall-ball courts. Walk the Bather's Way into town or trail bike through Burwood National Park and Fernley track.
