Observatory House is a converted cold war nuclear bunker. **** We are currently having our roof replaced but this work is overrunning Due to this we have scaffolding erected across the front of the building. If you book we will send a reduced price option to you to accept/decline as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused****. The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes.

The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
