Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

SEA VIEW è un monolocale open space, immerso nel borgo marinaro di Piano di Sorrento. Ideale per fughe romantiche o per chi vuole scappare dal caos cittadino e trascorrere un periodo di relax. Sea View è dotato di ogni confort, con terrazzino vista mare. Potete rilassarvi sorseggiando un buon calice di vino nella vasca idromassaggio con cromoterapia. The apartment, recently renovated, with an amazing view on the Gulf of Naples, is 500 m from the beaches, reachable either on foot or by bus. Parking space in private garage included, to be confirmed at the time of booking. Below the house: minimarket, restaurants, pubs, bars, rentals. Tourist tax €3 per person per night to be paid at check-in (1 April - 31 October).
