My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The Tool Shed. A small brick shed on Moorland Farm

This is a small brick shed. It is located in a quiet, rural location 20 minutes from the centre of Lincoln. It is a stand-alone building that comprises a bedroom (with a double bed) and an en-suite shower and toilet room. There is a kettle, toaster, mini-fridge and mini-microwave for preparing drinks, warming up a takeaway etc (i.e. it is not a kitchen). Outside there is a private, walled and gated courtyard equipped with a table and two chairs. Car parking is directly outside the courtyard.

The Old Surgery

The surgery is set in the grounds of our family home - a house lived in by generations of village doctors from 1890 until 2004 - with a narrow gauge railway and small private museum housing the Heywood Collection of Victorian steam locomotives and rolling stock, which guests are welcome to visit.
