Enjoy nature in a beautiful peaceful setting with 100 acres of privately owned property. Breathtaking panoramic views spanning 45 miles in a tranquil natural spot with hiking trails throughout. Handicap accessible. Within a short drive of 2 major ski resorts, the Flight 93 Memorial and 2 wineries. Several restaurants and a brewery also within a 15 minute drive. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Log Cabin

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the secondary bedroom includes a full-size bed. The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, and the loft adds two twin mattresses for additional accommodations, ideal for kids. The cabin’s kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an oven and refrigerator and microwave. Whether you're enjoying time indoors or exploring the outdoors, this cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort and adventure.

Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

The Cabin at Dove Harbour Farm is a hidden gem in the Laurel Highlands! Stay at our fully furnished, modern rustic cabin with amenities suitable for a cozy getaway, any day of the week. The cabin offers a great "home base" to explore the beautiful Laurel Highlands, enjoy quiet relaxation at the farm, or travel to destinations along the 911 National Memorial Trail. Country Home

Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

Only minutes from Frostburg's small town attractions, Frostburg State University campus, downtown entertainment, shopping, local area hiking trails and state parks! Martha's Cabin is a perfectly tucked away yet with everything you need nearby.

Our House on the GAP Bike Trail

Our house in Meyersdale is a single-family house just a block from the GAP bike trail on a quiet street and walking distance to the middle of town. The house is ideal for travelers riding the GAP, skiers visiting the slopes nearby, or those looking for some quiet time in the country. Ideal for individuals or small families. (Pls note: Trains come through town and the whistles can be heard during the day or night. There is also a fire whistle to alert volunteers to emergencies.)

Just minutes off the bike trail, this spacious home offers easy parking, an accessible ramp, and plenty of room for you and your crew to relax and enjoy what Somerset County has to offer. Just two blocks from the Great Allegany Passage rail trail, our apartment is a great stop while bicycling on the trail. Or a wonderful rest spot when visiting the Laurel Highlands. Whether visiting family and friends or one of our area's festivals and fairs such as the Pennsylvania Maple Festival or the Somerset County Fair, our apartment is a great space.

A late 1800's farmhouse on the edge of Somerset borough, along the main rt. (31) from exit 110 Pa. Turnpk. to 7 Springs and Hidden Valley ski resorts. Only minutes away from other local attractions, shopping, restaurants and hospital. Plenty of off street parking. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (1 w laundry). The decor is a mix of antiques and modern furniture.
