Cette maison, classée 3 étoiles, est un havre de paix. Nous l'avons achetée en 2023 sur un coup de cœur. Il n'y a eu aucune hésitation, en passant le portail nous étions séduits. Nous l'avons rénovée pour un confort optimale Il y a la clim, mais aussi un poêle à bois pour les temps plus frais, Netflix, la fibre Un esprit sauvage avec beaucoup de modernité Juste derrière se trouve l'immense forêt landaise, et à quelques minutes en voiture se trouvent les plus belles plages océanes, à perte de vue

Venez vous détendre dans cette maison bois, neuve, située à 4 km de l'océan. elle se compose de 3 chambres climatisées (2 lits 160 et un Lit 180 divisible en 2*90), une salle de bain, une cuisine ouverte sur salon séjour et sa porte à galandage pour un esprit dedans-dehors. Une grande terrasse en partie couverte sur canapé et table de jardin, pour l'autre partie vous pourrez profiter du soleil sur les transats, au bord d'une piscine chauffée et sécurisée par un volet roulant. A short 10 min drive away are Contis and Mimizan beaches. The interior space has a calm coastal decor with new beds & furnishings. Sorry no pets :)
