It's located next to Tec de Monterrey in a university area well connected to downtown but also very close to the forest and far from everything. It has a main bedroom with a full bathroom and bathtub, another room which can be TV or sleeping, as it has a sofa bed that can fit another person. Equipped with a kitchen with indoor dining and a breakfast area in the patio. And a very enjoyable backyard!
