The property has been completely refurbished to a very high standard, perfect for walkers, romantic escapes and family breaks. Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

All finished to a high standard the property includes Wifi, Smart TV and a Kingsize bed. Ideally located within a short walking distance for all local amenities, including Seaton's pubs, shops and restaurants. Welcome pack including Tea, Coffee, milk etc.

Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
