NO PARTY/EVENTS. Family/kid friendly, Attached to our home, gated property, Surrey Hills Spa & Pool, private, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an outside hot tub & tennis court. The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. By car, you're 5 mins from Arundel, 15 mins from the sea and 20 mins from Goodwood or Chichester.
