The Studio, near Stokesley

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Cosy base for exploring from or break up a journey

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing or to take a rest mid journey. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

Sunrise Views Near Bars & Restaurants

Wake to stunning views and take an early walk along the sand as waves lap on the sandy shore. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at one of the seafront cafés before browsing the unique shops. Walk cliff paths and footpaths, take in the sea views and breathe in sea salty air or, stroll along the pier and sit for a while as people pass by. At the end of the day, ride the historic cliff lift back toward the apartment to unwind in the deep roll top bath before falling asleep between cool linen sheets.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Quiet yet central location, just moments from Yarm’s restaurants, bars, shops, and beautiful riverside walks — ideal for business trips or relaxing getaways.

Sunday School - cosy & spacious in iconic building

The Sunday School is a spacious open plan studio apartment in the bottom of the old Wesleyan Chapel in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Staithes. It's close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. Local shops, pubs and cafes are close by. We run Staithes Gallery so you can always find us if you need anything.

Pier View

Perched on the edge of Saltburn Beach, Pier View offers stunning views of the iconic pier and the vast North Sea horizon. This stylish coastal retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway on the North Yorkshire coast. Accommodating up to four guests (see 'The Space' for occupancy details), it’s an ideal base for exploring the seaside charm of Saltburn. Established in 2022 and newly re-listed under owner management - see photos for previous guest reviews.

Cosy Cobbles

This beautiful apartment is refurbished to a high standard. It is comfortable, romantic and very self-contained. It is on the second floor, 2 floors above Cobbles coffee/ice cream and gift shop. There is a completely separate entrance for the apartment around the side of Cobbles. The views down the cobbled High Street to the front of the property are quaint and pretty. To the back there are stunning views over the Beck. Free WiFi is available too.

The Old Mill Rooms is the perfect place for a getaway trip, whether this be for couples, friends, families or even business trips. On site we have 6 rooms, three are private hot tub rooms and three are double en-suites. We have capabilities to sleep 2-4 in selected hot tub and non-hot tub rooms, great for families or friends. Two of our rooms are now pet-friendly. We also offer the option to book all our rooms for celebrations.
