Located on one of the Seven Bends of the Shenandoah River, the Bird’s Nest is a brand new, custom built 800 square foot cabin featuring an open loft with king bed and skylights, steam shower, heated bathroom floor, and gas fireplace. Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

The "Downtowner" is a 1920's era restored home in a quiet residential section of Winchester's Historic District and just a short stroll to the downtown "pedestrian only" walking mall with restaurants, cafes, and shops. Clean and spacious, the apartment is complete with bed linens, towels, etc. and stocked with water in the fridge as well as a Keurig with coffee options, tea, hot chocolate, etc...Xfinity HDTV with voice remote control.

You may see family members and friends tending honey bee hives, working in the detached garage, gardening, and completing other farm chores. The house is solely occupied by our guests. Come on out to enjoy some peace and quiet and take advantage of all Mother Nature has to offer!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. About an hour from D. C. , Luray Caverns, and very close to Historic Downtown Winchester. Take your canoe on the small lake behind the property to joyride or even fish! Shop and get a small town feel in this cozy cabin.
