Luxurious Self Catering Annex

Thatched Cottage Annex has been newly converted to a very high standard and offers comfortable self catering accommodation. It is set in two and a half acres of private paddocks and woodland within the South Downs National park and offers easy access to Goodwood Race course, the beautiful villages of Petworth, Midhurst and Arundel and is only 15 miles from the coast. We are pleased to offer private off road parking behind electric gates. You also have your own private dog friendly garden which can be used for Al Fresco dining as it has a BBQ, a large comfortable double bedroom with solid oak flooring, a fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, microwave/oven/grill and fridge, a wetroom walk in shower with underfloor heating and a lovely seating area with leather chairs sky TV and internet access. A mile down the road is Charlie's Farm shop which stocks all their own produce and also provides a selection of wines. Nearby there are numerous cycle paths, walks and golf courses.. We recommend a car but there are a large number of local country pubs within a 3 mile radius that offer a wide varity of menus. Please note: We are now pleased to be able to offer 'Elderflower', our newly acquired Shepherds Hut as an alternative to the annex or to compliment it if four person accommodation is required. The Shepherds Hut is located 50m from the annex, within the grounds of Thatched Cottage. It is also listed on this website.

Country Studio flat

Situated in an tranquil hamlet in the lea of Butser Hill, nestled in and amazing view of the South Downs National park a stones throw from Petersfeild. There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. The Nest is a modern, comfortable room with a king sized bed and a kitchenette nestled in the heart of West Wittering village, a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach or the pub for a delicious meal. There are also a couple of cafes within walking distance and the village shop. It is suitable for two adults but we can provide a camp bed for a child for a small additional fee.
