Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Easy, cheap ride share to all Nashville attractions with a bus (WE GO that stops within .1 mile (just up the street) from the unit’s door and connects to baseball park/farmers market, the capitol/courthouse end of downtown. This is a newly renovated unit and everything in it is new. It is located near the campuses of Fisk University and Meharry Medical college next to historic Jefferson Street.

Located in the heart of Music Row, this incredible unit is the perfect location for guests to experience all Nashville, Music City has to offer. Completely remodeled in August 2024. Within walking distance to many of Nashville's hottest music joints, restaurants and bars. If walking is not for you, rent a bike or grab an uber. This is the 2nd of 3, so the Triplex can accommodate large groups and still let you have your privacy. Great place for a great time. Minimum age to rent is 25.
