It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Immerse yourself in nature as you hike to Lassen Peak, Bumpass Hell, and Cinder Cone. With less than an hour drive you can witness the beauty of Burney Falls or fish at Hat Creek. In the winter, enjoy the snow play at Eskimo Hill or strap on your snowshoes and explore the winter landscapes around Manzanita Lake. Gas/grocery are only a few mins drive.

With 1,220 square feet, it feels much larger, thanks to the open loft and 20-foot vaulted ceiling.There are two security cameras on the property that will be turned off prior to arrival and face the house to not invade your privacy, these are used to monitor when not in use.
