Two Private, furnished rooms and private bathroom available for nightly and weekly rentals in cozy 3 BR/2BA house located in a safe neighborhood a short block north of Minnehaha Creek, and two short blocks from Lake Hiawatha. The rooms are located on the main level with plenty of sunlight, and there is quick access to a full PRIVATE bath, linen closet, dining and living rooms, as well as the kitchen. One room has a NEW QUEEN BED, and the other has a full sized bed. I stay out of your way as much as possible, but am happy to give you any information about the area. Several other amenities included, such as: ~Porch (courtesy of HGTV's 'Decorating Cents'), patio ~Easy access to light rail station (7 blocks) and bus routes (2 blocks) ~2 short blocks to Lake Hiawatha, 6 short blocks to Lake Nokomis, and 8 blocks to Minnehaha Falls ~One short block to paved trails for walking/biking/running/cross country skiing along Minnehaha Creek ~Wireless Internet ~Newer gas cooking stove ~Off street parking (per availability), and plenty of on street parking ~Piano from the roarin' 20s ~Hardwood floors, oak buffet Pre-arrangement: ~Occasional access to "the lounge" w/ bar and turntable for your vinyl records, and for musician rehearsal space There is just an extra 10.00 for an additional person. There are two smaller rooms located on the main level with quick access to a full PRIVATE bathroom, dining and living rooms, and the kitchen. Musicians! “HOMESTEADER HAUS” (near Duluth, MN)

Experience a rustic glamping adventure in this 120 yr old rustic cabin on the border of Jay Cooke State Park(~15min from Duluth), you’ll be surrounded by nature and wildlife, in the comfort of a Queen bed. Located a short ~1/4 mile hike from parking spot, there is a shared porta-potty (~50yrds away, but NO running water or shower). Guests provide their own water. Rental is NOT heated. Rental has A/C & limited power. Guest must climb ladder to bedroom loft. Outdoor space near cabin is shared.

Two bedrooms, a king and a queen; kitchenette and living room; a full bath with tub and hand shower. Built in 1910 it was home to the chauffeur and his wife.

A 2nd full bath on main floor, kitchen, dining rm + patio w/grill shared w/me for your use.

Room with a View and Breakfast

Our home is in a suburban area near Minneapolis. We are near trails, Shady Oak Lake and Lone Lake Park. This room is on the 2nd floor and has two twin beds, a desk and chair, drawers and closet space. We're 15 minutes by car from Uptown Minneapolis. It's the best of both worlds: bucolic surroundings and so close to the city! We provide breakfast for all who want it. All guests are welcome here.

Our Balcony room is one of three bedrooms with a private bathrooms and a shared guest sitting room. A full breakfast is served in our main level dining room or weather permitting in the screen porch. 3 other bedrooms available: Farmhouse Room (two twin beds), Northwoods Room (queen bed) and Country Solitude (queen bed). Please no children under 12 and only then with prior approval.
