The Gypsy Wagon @Three Acre Woods

Glamping in a Gypsy wagon in the back corner of our hobby farm! Fire pit, picnic table and a shaded outdoor kitchen area! No refrigerator! One full size bed and an air mattress available for one more. Lots of cute animals to visit and a playground for the kids! There is an RV toilet outhouse and hot and cold shower. I have added a solar generator and Arctic Ice cooler for these hot nights! This can be a group camping site. Holds 4-5 tents. Please add extra people to your registration.

If you are looking for seclusion & privacy, you’ve found it! Listen to the call of the loons or watch the sunset/sunrise from the dock. This space is perfect for campers that want the comfort of a cozy bed, warm shower & air conditioning but are comfortable using an outhouse, as the camper is not hooked up to septic. I include two kayaks, a canoe & a paddle boat to explore the lake! This 5 acre piece of heaven on Shell lake is conveniently located between Detroit Lakes & Park Rapids.

Round Lake Escape

This little cabin sits in the middle of a small campground on the shore of Round Lake. It's a family-friendly, quiet area with all the camping amenities. There is a range, microwave and sink in the cabin. It also has AC. The garage next door offers refrigerator, grills, griddle, tables and chairs available to all guests. At this time, only a porta potty for bathroom, but bathhouse is in the future plans! Dock space, paddle boards, kayaks, playset, firepit and picnic tables for use.

Recharge and reconnect at Pine Haven Cabin, an idyllic north woods escape. Situated on a quiet lake lot on Sand Lake, our cabin offers the perfect setting for a week filled with fun. Cast a line, explore the lake with our paddleboards, canoe, or rowboat, or unwind in the traditional wood-heated sauna. With sleeping arrangements for four adults or two adults and three children, it's a classic lakeside getaway. (We are currently booking for September and October--inquiries welcome.)

This centrally located 4 acre property sits 10 minutes from the mall in Duluth and 15 minutes from downtown Duluth and the airport. It’s 10 minutes to Proctor and Spirit Mountain. Our house is located here as well but you will have your own area and dedicated parking. Most times we won’t be here but if we are you won’t hear or notice us.

On road parking and just a hop skip and jump from three Island Park!!There is NO running water, however guests are supplied with 5 gallons of purified water.
