MY HOME

The name "My Home" was chosen by the owners, Alessandro-Iris and Diego, to make each guest feel at "Casa Propria". "My Home" is a bright, unique and independent house of 60m2 completely fenced with private open space which includes a beautiful equipped garden and parking. Recently completely renovated, comfortable and welcoming, it is located in the heart of Borbiago di Mira, a quiet and safe town a stone's throw from the beautiful and renowned Brenta Riviera. It is easily reachable from the A4 Milan-Venice motorway thanks to the Mira/Oriago exit. "My Home" is an excellent starting point for visiting the wonderful Venetian Villas, the cities of Padua, Treviso and Verona without forgetting the beautiful and unforgettable Venice, which can be reached in less than 20 minutes by train, thanks to the nearby station Mira-Mirano, which is 3 km from the house with free parking or by bus thanks to the very convenient stop reachable on foot with a pedestrian path of about 1.5 km. In an hour's drive you can reach Lake Garda and its fantastic amusement parks (Gardaland and Movieland), the Zoo-Safari and the garden parks of Sigurtà or Baia delle Sirene. The beaches of Jesolo and Sottomarina are also very convenient to reach. The house is fully equipped and air conditioned and is composed as follows: Living room/kitchen (with sofa bed), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds and a bathroom equipped with shower. Bed, kitchen and bathroom linen are included in the price. A stone's throw from the apartment you can find numerous shops, including a bakery, a newsagent, a bar, a pastry shop, a very convenient take-away pizzeria and ice cream shop, and an important pharmacy/herbalist's shop. And finally, two renowned and highly recommended restaurants with fish-based menus: "L'Isola Rossa" and "La Perla Rosa". Our Church, a spiritual pilgrimage destination, is also worth a visit: the "Sanctuary of the Madonna of the Annunciation". Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Se amate il mare potete scegliere tra numerose località raggiungibili in meno di un'ora : Jesolo, Sottomarina, Caorle,Lido di Venezia , se preferite la montagna Cortina d'Ampezzo, il Cadore e le splendide Dolomiti possono essere una giornata alternativa

Ti piacciono i luoghi con una storia da raccontare? Allora sei nel posto giusto. A soli 10 minuti di bus (fermata a 2 minuti a piedi) dal centro storico di Venezia, si trova questa scuola degli anni '50 completamente rimessa a nuovo: le vecchie classi sono diventate stanze a hanno dato vita ad un piccolo complesso di eleganti e moderni appartamenti con parcheggio custodito e privato. Le nostre aule sono pronte ad accogliervi! The school is back!

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. Puoi raggiungere Padova o Venezia in circa 30 minuti con i mezzi pubblici o goderti l'intorno della riviera del Brenta. La casa è situata vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e bar in luogo tranquillo immerso nel verde. Se volete andare al mare, meglio avere una macchina, ci vogliono 40 min per arrivare a Sottomarina (Chioggia) e i vuole circa 1 ora a ligo di Jesolo.
