This is a unique rustic cabin on a private dirt road nestled on a mountain brook in the forest adjoining the Giant Mountain Wilderness Area. This small (200 sq ft + 80 sq ft sleeping loft), Adirondack style cabin was completely refurbished this past year using locally sourced woods and built by hand. Located two miles from downtown Keene Valley, and at 1800 feet, this is an ideal place for those who prefer the quiet forest, the peaceful sound of a mountain brook, and possibily seeing animals.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

The Lake Placid House

Cozy and comfortable full cottage with 3 bedrooms including a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk room that has a full/twin bunk and a full separate bed in the room as well. Mountain views to the east and a short walk to the village. A wood stove in the living room and radiant floors in the bathrooms and first floor living space help to keep you nice and warm. 2 full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and 1 has a tub and the other has an oversized tile shower. Convenient to downtown.

JUNIPER HILL cabin

Juniper Hill cabin is a new construction two bedroom/one bathroom home situated in Wilmington, NY. This cabin sits in the heart of the Adirondack mountains and is minutes to outdoor adventure of all kinds! Only five minutes to Whiteface Mountain and less than 15 minutes to downtown Lake Placid, the convenience of the location is key for both outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to just getaway and relax in nature. The Ausable River and Lake Everest are both within walking distance.

The Shepherd's Crook at Blue Pepper Farm

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Enjoy the coziness of the Crook between forays into our north country wilderness! What you will find: adventure, peace, quiet, woodstove, candles, down blanket, fire pit, privacy, composting outhouse, firewood for sale. **Please note there is NO electricity and NO running water. Akin to glamping!

Adirondack log lodge-style home sited on a hilltop near Lake Placid's ski jumps, overlooking Whiteface Mt and panoramic forest views with no other houses in sight. This Lake Placid log home has 8 beds across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, spread over 3 levels of living, with ample outdoor living areas of bedroom ,walkout balcony, large decks, and covered porches, helping to keep a close connection to nature both inside and outside the house.

Olympic Village 2 Bedroom Apartment

This private entrance, two bedroom apartment is located in a quiet village neighborhood, and only a five minute walk to Main Street. Clean and tidy, this apartment is on the ground floor of our home. Walk everywhere from this ideal location! Please note: we can only accommodate guests with one car and there is no street parking. Lake Placid STR Registration: 200240
