Απέχει 5 λεπτά από την θάλασσα, 10 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο της πόλη. Το σπίτι είναι ισόγειο, διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο, ένα ευρύ και φωτεινό σαλόνι με θέα στη θάλασσα. Διαθέτει μοντέρνα εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων ,μεγάλη βεράντα.

The apartment has it's own parking only for motorbikes and within 20 steps you find yourselves in a spacious terrace overlooking the island of Telendos. 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a "Krevato" , a traditional Kalymnian wooden lifted double bed, and a sofa sleeps up to 5 people, ideal for families or friend reunions. Η μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή έχει θέα στο απέραντο γαλαζιο .
