It is within walking distance to restaurants & shops & a short walk to a bus/trolley stop. The Garden House provides a quiet, convenient location for a visit to Starkville & Mississippi State University. And, is NON-SMOKING!

Newly renovated family cottage has a large kitchen, stainless appliances, island w/ bar seating and dining room table. Den w/ sectional, 55” smart TV, high speed internet, and electric fireplace. Bedroom 1 has Queen Bed, custom bedding, new mattress & built-in window seating. Bedroom 2 is bunk bed w/ two adult full size mattresses w/ twin trundle. Bathroom 1 has custom double vanity, shower tub combo w/ a rain shower head. Bathroom 2 has glass shower w/ rain shower head and pedestal vanity.

This large, historic home is a 15 minute walk to campus and even closer to restaurants and shops on Main St. Charming decor, comfortable furnishings, and a family friendly layout make this perfect for Game Day and other visits to State. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and well stocked with guest comfort in mind. The front porch swing, deck seating and fire pit give options for your crew to enjoy the outdoor spaces. Decorated in a sophisticated, Scandinavian style this Blue Casa is 1 mile from Davis Wade, a 5 minute drive to The Hump and only .6 miles from The Dude, making it the perfect over night location for State fans! It has 3 beds and 2 baths and also a fold out futon in the living room, making it possible to sleep 7. We have a back yard, perfect for yard games and campfires.
