Griffin - The Lake Superior Riverboat

Channel your inner Mark Twain. Read, rock, and relax on the water, at the foot of a retired Northern Pacific Ore dock. The Griffin is a functioning riverboat, driven by paddle wheels, originally modeled after historic Mississippi steamboats. It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. Friends become family here. Come and become a part of the Griffin’s story!

This 70 ft houseboat is newly remodeled and ready for you and your guests. It features a custom kitchen, a master bedroom with a full bed and a tv, a bunkhouse room with a full bed, and a basement bedroom with 2 full beds. The living room has a pull out queen bed. Hot tub on the roof! The boat is located at Millennium Marina. This boat does not move!

This cabin has a custom kitchen, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful rooftop deck with a hot tub! It is located at Millennium Marina, and is conveniently close to the restaurant. With this cabin being on the water, you will often see wildlife! So come enjoy the beautiful backwaters with us!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Most recent getaway added to our Boatel Row right here in Iowa's only island City. This vintage houseboat captures the heart of the river. She may be a little tiny, but she is a big catch. Let's reel you in with this unique cozy houseboat that sits right on the water. Complimentary kayak rentals at the lake and we also have a beach area within walking distance. The Minnow has a record player with vintage 1960's albums, games, and a retro feel.

This newly built floating cabin sits on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. It’s 1970s mod design is unique and fun! This rental has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a queen pull out couch. There is a full bathroom and a stocked kitchen. Soak in the hot tub and take in the waterfront views all around. While there are other cabins around, you have your own walkway and no one connected to you! Enjoy a kayak ride, fish, or just relax on your floating deck. This is located at Millennium Marina.

We've hosted hundreds of guests at our Mississippi home. We now offer a 1970 Boatel in spring, summer, fall. Safe access through our backyard. A shared dock. Kitchen, two beds, bathroom, dining room, deck. A glorious lighted bridge north & skyscrapers south. NOTE there are ice cream trucks across the river w some minor noise as they park.

This houseboat is on pontoons and is easy to navigate the river. You have 10+ miles of river to explore. As part of the houseboat experience, you can also use the amenities of our resort. Sit by the pool or relax in the hot tub. It is a great way to get away and relax in the heart of Minnesota.

Always dreamed about renting a houseboat? Here’s your chance. You can rent a houseboat for 2 nights to a week. Spend your vacation floating on the slow-moving Mississippi River. You can captain the boat along the river, or if you're just not sure about driving the big boat, we can take you out and anchor you for a day of enjoyment and move you to a new spot the following day. A houseboat vacation on the Mississippi River can make your vacation an experience you will never forget.

Luxury at its finest on the Mississippi River. Enjoy top end, modern amenities aboard an impeccably furnished houseboat. Enjoy all that a riverfront retreat has to offer aboard the b3 FIVE7 yacht. Please note this is just a place to stay and relax, you are not allowed to take the yacht out of the slip. **We also rent separately a Seadoo Switch 5 person pontoon for $300/day.
