The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The 59 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV in the living room and the bedrooms. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a furnished balcony, that offers a nice view of the Karwendel mountains.

Der Balkon bietet Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge im Süden, auf das Wettersteingebirge im Südwesten und auf den Krottenkopf im Westen.
