The house is located in a quiet street between the forest and the river on an 800 m2 area with a garden, fireplace, swing and trampoline for children. The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

The main advantage of this area is to be so close to the city yet remaining authentic and local. The area is lively and relaxed at the same time and in close proximity to beautiful,trendy cafes, restaurants and small local shops. Trams that take you to the city center are just a minute away and the journey takes about 15min. The flat itself is a small cozy studio made of one bright room fully refurbished with a sizable and functional kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).

The nice simple appartment with separated entrance from a street - contents from main room, bathroom and hall. There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague. In front of the house is small zen-like garden and small zen-like garden is also on the opposite side.
