In dem mittelalterlichen Burgdorf Mulazzo , 2024 in die Liste der "I più belli borghi d'Italia" aufgenommen, findet man Ruhe, spektakuläre Ausblicke auf das Magra-Tal und die Apuanischen Alpen. Es ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt zu den herrlichen Küstenstädten der Toskana und Liguriens, allen voran die berühmten Dörfer der Cinque Terre. Berge und Meer.

A 5 minuti da Pontremoli si trova il Borgo di Ponticello conosciuto per le sue case torri in pietra e gli archi a botte. All'interno del borgo vi è il mio alloggio con ingresso autonomo. L'appartamento è indipendente con un grazioso balcone in cui poter mangiare o prendere il sole in completo relax. Dista 5 km dal casello di Pontremoli, 40 minuti da Lerici, 1 ora da Portovenere e le 5 Terre, 55 minuti dalla Versilia e poco più di 1 ora da Pisa e Lucca. Possibilità di noleggio di e-bike.

Al centro di numerosi tracciati trekking e mtb, nelle vicinanze di borghi e cittadine medievali, a 35 km dalle spiagge liguri e toscane. A 2 km passa la via del Volto Santo (Bagnone) e a 4 la via Francigena (Filetto).
