Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Waterfront home on saratoga lake less then 10 minutes to track door .Amazing views with dock and hot tub is year round. Private back yard patio with large driveway in the back for parking and a grill and fire pit. Plenty of room to enjoy outside activities. Bathroom is beautiful and also a washer and dryer. There is a front deck with views of the lake. Kitchen has a gas range. Fully equiped kitchen. High ceilings. Bring your kayak, paddle board or jet ski. There is also rental nearby.

Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks.
