Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Beautiful whole upper house. Owner or host might reside in lower apartment, but you will be notified if anyone is there. Great location. Enchanted Forest is 5 minutes away, and walking distance to beach, and boat rentals. Quite neighborhood with school and field across the street.
