Appartamento eclettico/Lungomare e Centro storico

House of over 100 mq with breathtaking views of the sea and the city skyline. Apt downtown, less than 10 min walk from the old town and the city beach; given its position, it often appears on postcards of the city. All windows overlooks the sea on 3 sides of the apt. Guests will stay close to major tourist attractions of Bari. Bars and restaurants of the local nightlife can be reached easily in a few steps on foot. The train station within easy walking distance. Taxi stop next to the house.

Apartment by the Sea

Luminoso appartamento di mq 150 in posizione centrale, situato a soli 50 mt dalla spiaggia cittadina di "Pane e Pomodoro" e a due passi dal lungomare monumentale (Corso Trieste). Tutte le attrazioni locali possono facilmente essere raggiunte a piedi passeggiando sul lungomare oppure con i mezzi sempre disponibili. Ideale per godersi il centro città, il mare, gli sport acquatici, l'ottimo cibo. Luogo ben servito: mezzi pubblici (Autobus e treni), Parchi, farmacia, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar.

La Casetta del Pescatore

Questa casetta e' al piano terra in pieno centro storico a Mola di Bari. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2015 recuperando due locali usati nei tempi passati come deposito delle reti da pesca di uno dei piu' famosi pescatori della zona: mio padre. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e piccoli amici pelosi (animali domestici). CIS: BA07202891000037090

Ampio appartamento sito nel quartiere Murat (Centro Città), al 6° piano con ascensore composto da 3 stanze da letto (3 letti matrimoniali + 1 letto singolo), 3 bagni con doccia, ampio salone e cucina open space. L'immobile si completa di zona stireria ed una piccola palestra. A pochi metri sono presenti supermercati, farmacie e le principali vie per lo shopping. Grazie alla posizione centrale si raggiungono facilmente il Castello Svevo (3 min), la Città Vecchia (5 min) ed il Lungomare.

Casa, sita al 4° piano senza ascensore (NIENTE PANICO!!) le scale sono comode e per nulla difficoltose da salire e poi una volta arrivati sarete a due passi dal mare, dalla rinomata spiaggia di Pane e Pomodoro (200mt), dalla Stazione Centrale, dal porto, dal Teatro Petruzzelli e dalle principali vie dello shopping. La Basilica di San Nicola e la città vecchia sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi percorrendo il nostro splendido Lungomare.
