Madonna della pace contrada dove la villa sorge è a 5 minuti dall’ingresso dell’autostrada pescara nord e vicina a paesi caratteristici del posto come Penne, Abbateggio, Caramanico Terme, Atri e appunto Città Sant’Angelo

House is located in beautiful bay with sandy beach called Lovrečina. It can accommodate 2 people on double bed and 2 extra in the gallery. Use of electrical appliances depends on solar energy 12 volts and there is inverter to 220 volts. Warm water is located in the outside shower, in a tank which is heated by the sun and toilet is inside the house. In front of the house there is parking and spacious terrace with gorgeous view of the sea and all Brač canal. Pets are allowed and extra charged.

Equipped with wide spaces, parking your car for free on-site is possible. Rooms are double, triple and quadruple and each offers: wifi, a minibar, a hairdryer, a TV, and a ceiling fan. The breakfast is included, with fresh and local food. Then you can use the BBQ, the bikes and the products of our garden.
