Welcome to Casa Mela. This sunny apartment is located in the historic part of the small fishing village of Burgau,in a quiet cobblestone lane of Rua Bela Vista, a three minute walk to the beach.Great place to indulge in the beach life, the tides, ocean views with plenty of restaurants and cafes to hang out.This location is also a great base for exploring the wild cliffs of Costa Vincentina and vibrant nearby town of Lagos as well as all activities and attractions that West Algarve is known for.

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Apartment 12, Dona Vitória is a “love at first sight” style studio. Spacious, luminous and of an immense lightness, it opens on the sea and was designed for dreamers. This one room studio apartment has just been renovated and is located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields. The valley is very calm and full of animals such as cows, horses, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs. In the hot days you can take a cooling dip in the river or visit the amazing beach only 6 km away!
