You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!!

This downstairs unit has insulated ceilings that reduce upstairs noise for a quiet stay. The complex features a pool, spa, and sauna. There is a washer & dryer inside the unit. The free shuttle is right down the street for easy access to the mountain. There are two parking passes, and plentiful parking dedicated to the complex.
