Welcome to our neck of the woods. Right across the road from Spook Cave sits a nice peaceful cabin with spacious outdoor area. Enjoy a nice fire or simply relax underneath the covered porch with a beautiful pond view. We are located near a train track so don’t be alarmed if one goes by. Tranquility & Vistas on the Farm in the Guest Barn

When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

CR Station Train Caboose

Enjoy the restoration of our charming and cozy caboose! Complete with all the amenities you'll need and more! Linens and towels, refrigerator, microwave, a double burner hot plate, dishes for cooking, barware for cocktailing, and even the original conductor's chairs to watch the sunset over the horse pasture. The Night Deposit

Deposit yourself! Bank built in 1917, just 10 minutes on blacktop from Toppling Goliath Brewery. Located in Frankville Iowa and just a few miles up the hill from the Yellow River. Queen bed in one bedroom, and a futon in the main space. Full kitchen stocked with pancake mix and sausages. City Park is four blocks away or Nintendo 64, electric guitar and keyboard, or board games for rainy days. Also feel free to play whatever music you find, just return it. Large backyard and hammock.
