Welcome to beautiful WV! Our cottage is secluded, easy to get to, overlooks fields and a lovely pond. There are trails and fishing on the property, and views in all directions. The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). We love hosting guests on our farm, in our cozy cottage with beauty, peace and quiet, trails, fishing, and mountain air.

This modest two bedroom, one bath home is in a prime location to facilitate all of West Virginia's outdoor recreational opportunities. From the camp, you can drop a line in the water, swim with the kids, kayak with friends, or read a book in the hammock. It's only minutes from the southern gateway to the New River Gorge and about 40 minutes to Winterplace Ski Resort. Close to everything but away from it all!

In the town of Alderson, home to West Virginia’s largest July 4th celebration. 5 minutes or less to Dollar Stores, convenience, gas, local shops and Subway. Kroger and Ollies are just 20 minutes.

Tiny house farm stay, minutes to AppalachianTrail!

Unwind in a spacious tiny home on a working farm with vegetables, herbs, fruits, dairy goats, sheep, and chickens. Enjoy the views, farm fresh food, local hiking and swimming holes, or if it's cold, cozy up by the wood stove! We offer sliding scale farm-to-table dinners on weekends. We love sharing our farmstead with guests and also understand if guests prefer tranquil time to themselves. We are a 20 min drive to Dragon's Tooth, and 10 minutes to VA42 (Kelly Knob or the Keffer Oak).

This river property is located in Summers County, the southern gateway to the beautiful New River Gorge National Park. The two-bedroom cottage is a perfect getaway for solo adventurers, couples, or a small family. River access to the Greenbrier River is provided via a short walk down a steep but walkable camp road. Cozy little cottage/ tiny house nestled in the woods on our horse farm. If you like rustic, boho, with a touch of eclectic style, you will love KT House! Front view shows the creek, Redd Creek Pavillion, and our beautiful landscape. Back view has you tucked away in the woods. Front porch is perfect for sitting, with a gas fire pit near by with seating. KT House is off the beaten path, but there are restaurants and grocery stores located within a descent driving distance.

The Dogwood Cabin, cozy 3 bedroom, 1 -1/2 bath

This three-bedroom, one and a half bath cabin, fully furnished kitchen with coffee bar, is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with queen size bed. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds. The Cabin is located nearby the beautiful Greenbrier River in Summers County, WV in a quiet out of the way setting. Come sit by the fire pit (firewood available) and enjoy the peace and quiet.
